Registration will be open soon!

Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the Meeting, are requested to contact the Meeting Secretariat at office@snss.org.rs.

Only participants who complete their registration will be able to participate in the scientific and/or social program (separate registration).

All registered Meeting attendees will be emailed confirmations. Print your confirmation letter and bring it with you on the day of the conference for a smooth registration process.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

A certificate of attendance will be issued to delegates. An application will be made to the UEMS EACCME® for CME accreditation of this event and to the Health Council of the Republic of Serbia.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION TERMS

Requests for registration cancellation must be submitted in writing to the Secretariat at office@snss.org.rs.

For cancellations received more than 121 days before event, we charge a cancellation fee of 0.00% of the reservation value.

For cancellations received 120-46 days before event, we charge a cancellation fee of 50.00% of the reservation value.

For cancellations received 45-1 days before event, we charge a cancellation fee of 100.00% of the reservation value.

Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of Congress, bank charges and operational costs of EUR 25 will be deducted from the refund.

If you are able to find a replacement, we are happy to welcome her/him and to review your invoice retaining operational costs of EUR 25 and any bank transfer costs, then the Secretariat must be informed in writing via email to office@snss.org.rs.

GENERAL TERMS OF PAYMENT

Only participants who complete their registration will be able to participate in the program.

The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird or regular deadline, it will not be considered as early or regular registration if the payment has not been received before the deadlines.

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
